Contest Prep - Full 360°

With this service you get: nutritional support, diet plans, macros, peaking, training plans, technical support, contest planning,, access to all my research and support materials and regular check ins to keep you accountable. For this service it’s best to start in the offseason and let me huide you all the way through the contest prep, every step of the way.

Posing Coaching

If you want to stand out from the crowd you need to work on your posing. Posing is probably one of the major things that separates pros from amateurs. Over the years I’ve managed to develop a reputation as a top posing coach and one of the best posers in the world. If it’s a routine, working on your manadtories or improving those classic shots then get in touch. I’ll send you all posing package complete with tuition videos and articles.

Work with posing pro, and WNBF Head Judge Dr. Andrew Chappell, either online or in person to refine your posing. Work on your mandatories or your routines.

Strength & Powerbuilding

Strongman, Powerlifting, & Powerbuilding. I’ve done it all and worked with them all. I’ve competed in multiple national stronment and powerlifting events and have a history of working with guys who want to get big and strong, including Scotland and Englands strongest man, Giants Live and UKs strongest Man competitors. With clever programming, and a higher performance approach, take your strength to the next level and compete on a plain you never thought was possible. This includes weekly check in’s, periodised programming, tapering, nutritional programming, competition day planning, making weight plans and rehydration strategies, plus more.

I work with lifestyle clients as well as comp prep clients to transform lives. A healthy body is a great way to improve your self esteem and confidence. The more you know, the more you grow. A big feature of what we I is educating my clients so they have the skills they need to be successful. So many peopel get caught up in the latest fads, that defy the basics nutrition and physiology. All my coaching plans come with webinars and guides to help you get to where you want to be.
